Alsa will provide the service in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area together with the transport company Luisa Todi, a Portuguese-Spanish company that is part of the Spanish Transvia Group. Founded in 1993, Todi is located in the northern part of the city of Setúbal, south of Lisbon, and is specialized in regular and occasional services, with an innovative philosophy in the area of ​​passenger transport, promoting direct contact with the client and providing quality service.

This new service has a new fleet of 227 state-of-the-art buses, with Euro VI technology, also introducing vehicles with hybrid, electric and CNG propulsion, thus guaranteeing minimum levels of emissions into the environment. They will also have the latest advances in security and comfort on board, such as Wi-Fi, access for PRM and CCTV system, among others.
